Bicycles Online Receives Power Retail's 'Best Small-Medium Retailer' Award

 

At the end of April 2021, a few members of Bicycles Online made the journey to Melbourne to attend the All-Star Bash held by Power Retail. The All-Star Bash celebrates the businesses making waves in the E-Commerce industry. Using their key dimensions of the consumer lifecycle; Acquisition, conversion, fulfilment, and retention, determine the top one hundred companies succeeding at E-Commerce in Australia. 

There was plenty of competition with multiple award categories ranging from best emerging online business to top beauty retailers throughout the year. Bicycles Online was lucky enough to be nominated for two categories: Top Sports & Outdoor retailer and Top Small-Medium Retailer. 




 

By the end of the night, we were lucky enough to score highly enough in the critical dimensions to take the award for Best Small-Medium Retailer. After the massive effort, our team has put into creating a premium shopping experience throughout the crazy year, 2020. We were ecstatic, to say the least!!! 

However, we know that we would not wind these awards without one central element, our customers. We want to thank those who have and continue to shop with us for all their bicycle needs.
