Trail Dual Suspension Mountain Bikes
Cross-Country and Trail mountain bikes are used for riding trails that consist of a mix of rough forest / bush paths and singletrack, smooth fireroads, and even paved paths connecting other trails. Riding or racing is also usually deemed cross-country if the technical complexity of the trails is easy to moderate.
Normally corss country dual suspension bikes have between 100 to 120mm(4 to 5.5 inches) of suspension travel. They are normally lighter and faster than an "All mountain", Freeride" or "Downhill" mountain bike.
