This is a really well engineered mid level flat bar road bike with all the same specs as the larger brands such as Giant or Trek, but without the price tag. This bike comes with an Alutech 6061 hydroformed alloy road frame with carbon forks. The gears and componentry are all very capable. In fact you wont notice much difference in performance compared to better spec'd machines. The real difference in a bike of this calibre, is the wheels - speak to any "roady" and they will tell you just how much of an impact they make. Polygon have well spec'd the bike with Shimano R501 wheels and Schwalb Lugano tyres, which make hills a breeze and flats even faster.

Free Pro Build valued at $99
All of our bicycles come with a Free Pro Build valued at $99. This means that your bicycle will be pre built by our professional mechanics here in our Australian warehouse. For your convenience, safety and comfort all our bikes are fully assembled and test ridden prior to delivery. The bike is then packaged back into a box for secure shipment.
When your bike arrives, all you have to attach is the front wheel, handlebar and pedals, everything else has been done – the headset has been adjusted, wheels trued, pedals and seat post greased, brakes and gears calibrated, even the tyres have been pumped up to the correct pressure.
Most companies simply sell you the bike as it comes from the factory, which will require significant know-how to get your bike on the road. Currently we are the only Australian company providing this service, and have the 14 day test ride to back it up.
All tools are provided with the bike.
If you are unsure of how to assemble this bike after viewing the instruction videos above, we recommend you ask for help from someone with knowledge of how to use basic hand tools.

I purchased this bike back in Feb' '13, but I wanted to put a few kms on the bike before I reviewed it.
I was very easy building the bike, but definitely get it serviced in the first few months.
Well I've been using it for commuting (twice per week Palmerston to Darwin - about 55km round trip in hot, humid and sometimes wet condition) and also just some exercise (50km straight trip on weekends). I also rode the bike in the Grand Fondo (120km ride around Darwin harbour) last weekend and there were no complaints about the bike.
The bike has been ok. It has had a few niggles and squeaks, but generally about the same as any other new bike. I love riding with the flat handle bars, they reduce back soreness. The only modifications that I've done is to put a better seat on, get some hardcore puncture proof tyres (lots of broken glass on the roads up here!) and to put some bar ends on the handlebars.
For price, you can't beat this bike. To me it seems to performs ok for commuting and a bit of exercise, but you won't break world records on it!

Was happy with the looks and how light it was. It looks sturdy and durable. I could not find any other bike having the same specs for the same price; its just the best value.
however paint came off when the lock hit the frame once.
Light and speedy!

I was on a lookout for a reasonably priced flat bar bike for a long time. This bike ticked all the boxes and seemed like a pretty good deal. And I can honestly say I have no regrets! It’s very light and easy to manouvre, looks the part and handles beautifully. The bike was assembled to a high standard and did not need any further tuning. The guys in the shop were very helpful and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Did a lot of research on a reasonable price flat bar road bike and the Polygon Helios F3.0 appeared to have the best features. Living in WA I was a bit sceptical of purchasing on line due to the distance to transport it. Placed an order and the bike was delivered undamaged within a few days, on assembly I was impressed with the quality of the bike frame and fittings. Bike rides great, so great I ordered another yesterday to replace my wife's bike.
