Bicycles Online offer FREE express delivery to 95% of Australian residences. (Some remote NT, WA, QLD locations will incur a delivery charge on bulky items (eg bikes). For more information please see this link.

Expected delivery is 7-9 business days, depending on location.  

Please note: For all bicycle purchases, there will need to be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. This is a requirement of the freight company we use - Allied Express. If you are unlikely to be home during the day, we recommend you provide us with an alternate shipping address during checkout such as a work place address.

Bicycles Online offer a 12 month flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.
