Shipping and Returns

All orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment received. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch will be the next working day. 

Small Object Shipping

There is free delivery on all small parcels Australia wide, using Australia Post. Orders can be tracked using  http://auspost.com.au/track/. 

To track your order, please use the tracking number provided. Estimated shipping times can be found here.

Large Object Shipping

Shipping of larger products, like bikes, to 95% of residences is free, however some remote postcodes incur a surcharge. Please click here for a list postcodes and charges

Please note: For all bicycle purchases, there will need to be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. This is a requirement of the freight company we use - Allied Express. If you are unlikely to be home during the day, we recommend you provide us with an alternate shipping address during checkout such as a work place address.

Bicycles Online offer a 12 month flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.
