Product Description

Be prepared to dominate any cross country trail with this truly impressive bike. At the core of the setup is the ALX6xxx Hydroformed Alloy frame inbuilt with Polygon's new Floating Suspension System with 4.7" of travel. The frame is one of the most advanced currently on the market. Frame weight, is average for its class, however don't let the weight of half a water bottle put you off (thats effectively the difference), the highly engineered suspension system makes up for so much more - converting all your energy forwards rather than pogo-ing in the same spot. A full Shimano Deore XT groupset, FOX 32 RL front forks, FOX Float RP23 rear shocks and Shimano Deore XT UST wheels complete the trail devouring cross-country bike.

Shipping of larger products, like bikes, to 95% of residences is free, however some remote postcodes incur a surcharge. Please click here for a list postcodes and charges

Please note: For all bicycle purchases, there will need to be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. This is a requirement of the freight company we use - Allied Express. If you are unlikely to be home during the day, we recommend you provide us with an alternate shipping address during checkout such as a work place address.

Bicycles Online offer a 12 month flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered. Free Pro Build valued at $99

All of our bicycles come with a Free Pro Build valued at $99. This means that your bicycle will be pre built by our professional mechanics here in our Australian warehouse. For your convenience, safety and comfort all our bikes are fully assembled and test ridden prior to delivery. The bike is then packaged back into a box for secure shipment.

When your bike arrives, all you have to attach is the front wheel, handlebar and pedals, everything else has been done – the headset has been adjusted, wheels trued, pedals and seat post greased, brakes and gears calibrated, even the tyres have been pumped up to the correct pressure.

Most companies simply sell you the bike as it comes from the factory, which will require significant know-how to get your bike on the road. Currently we are the only Australian company providing this service, and have the 14 day test ride to back it up.

  1. Makes the rough smooth

Posted by Emjay on 28th Jan 2013

To start with this bike looks sharp an the geometry well balanced. I Haven't had the time I'd like riding it so far, but the time I've had has been the funnest I've had on a bike. I've spent my time testing the bike on the enduro track at Mt Annan which has a good mix, with switchbacks, log rollovers, rock gardens, this has really allowed me to test the bike on everything.
The bike is nibble on the switchbacks, light and well balanced
with the dual suspension soaking up the solid hits well, this makes rock gardens a breeze. Now I have changed the bars to a wide 700mm and reduced the stem to 60mm this has given me a feel of more control especially when pushing on a quick technical DH, but this is the only chance. The Fox Float shock is great, the rebound range is wide and easy to to set to your preference, the rear suspension works well soaking up the big hits well. My only gripe is the shock is almost impossible to maintain, it is such a tight little area, even my small fingers can't get in there.
But that is a small thing, this bike is quick, smooth and well spected out, the dropper seat post is a cool feature too, didn't think I'd bother with it, but damn if I'm not flicking it up or down when ever I can.

All in all, for my 1st dual suspension bike I'm super happy, it rides light, changes direction well and eats up the technical areas, never feeling out of control.
